Dates for 2018 


  • Beer and Hymns - Sunday 13th May and continuing every second Sunday of the month. The event will be held in the upper room of the Cross Keys pub from 8-9pm, with an early arrival suggested to grab a pint, and a late departure recommended to continue the merriment together. The idea of the event is to join together in worship, singing hymns a cappella with pint in hand. 


  • Thame in Prayer - a monthly inter-church prayer gathering - everyone welcome.  From 7.30-8.30pm - details of dates and venues are available from


  • Thame in Prayer  From 13th until 20th May 2018 Thame in Prayer  will be hosting a 24-7 prayer room in the heart of Thame. 'The Prayer Space' will encourage individuals & groups to engage in prayer through artistic expression, reflection, worship, petition, confession and more. For more information or to book your slot visit or speak to Liz, our church representative.  'The Prayer Space' is supported by all six of the churches in Thame.


  • Redeeming Capitalism Tuesday 22 May 2018. Talk and book signing by Ken Barnes  in St Catherine's Church, Towersey. Does God care about wealth and money? Is capitalism a force for evil or good? Explore these and other vital questions of our generation at a Book Signing for Redeeming Capitalism by Prof Kenneth J Barnes.


  • Pray Barley Hill Church meets every Wednesday 9.00-9.45am during term time to pray for our church and for what God is calling us be and do.  Look forward to seeing you. This usually takes place at Rachel's but can be in different homes, please check.


  • ​​​​Monthly Men's evening - First Thursday of the month from 8pm to 9.30pm at The Cross Keys, contact Paul Clark for more details.


  • Christian Union at Lord Williams's Upper School - The CU takes place at Lord Williams's Upper School.  Please contact Nick for more details.
